We are the right firm if…

With that being said, the key to a successful outcome when you work with a search firm is collaboration. This process requires the sharing of key and sometimes sensitive information to increase your and their ability to secure top talent. If you provide only minimal information and limited access to senior management, it would be like sending a soldier into the field with no battle plan, no ammunition and no communication link. To obtain success from the relationship you have to provide the search consultant with as much information as possible regarding the position, the management, the firm’s history (good & bad) and the future direction of the company.
